Will PAGASA Typhoon DINDO HIT Batanes? Tracks, Speed and Rain Volume

Typhoon DINDO Multiple Tracks from other countries including PAGASA

The 4th typhoon to enter Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) for 2012 is named "DINDO" currently 140 km North Northeast of Aparri, Cagayan with sustained winds of 75 kph near the center and gustiness reaching 90 kph as of 2 pm of June 28, 2012.

Will it hit Batanes group of islands or the Cagayan provinces?

According to the Philippines weather report, 9 northern Luzon areas are under signal no.2. Typhoon Dindo really brought a big amount of rainfalls in the country that made landslide on the other place.
