PAGASA sighted Low Pressure Area (LPA) 280 km East of Hinatuan, City as of 4 pm July 20, 2013 embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Mindanao.
LPA has a low chance of becoming a typhoon and will be called JOLINA - the 10th typhoon to enter Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) for 2013.
Palawan, Visayas and Mindanao will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Distance to Land: 280 km East of Hinatuan, City
Moderate to strong winds blowing from southwest to south will prevail over western section of Luzon and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, will be light to moderate coming from southwest to southeast with slight to moderate seas.
