| PAGASA LPA had already developed into Tropical Depression "JOLINA" - the 10th typhoon to enter PAR for 2013. |
PAGASA sighted Low Pressure Area (LPA, now developed into Tropical Depression) 530 km West of Subic, Zambales (out of PAR) as of 4 pm July 31, 2013 previously embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting the country.
Previous LPA has a high chance of becoming a typhoon when on the west Philippine Sea and will be called JOLINA - the 10th typhoon to enter Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) for 2013.
