LG Optimus L4 II - World's First 3G Triple SIM Android Phone

MediaTek recently announced its latest first triple SIM 3G technology which will powered LG Optimus L4 II in Brazil.

From the success of its popular Dual SIM technology, which I am currently using thru our local brand MyPhone A848i DUO Android smartphone supporting 3G on both SIM, 3G Triple SIM technology allows for three SIM cards to be used simultaneously.


MediaTek 3G Triple SIM Technology Features

Each can receive calls, transmit data, send SMS, and remain in standby mode without consuming excessive battery life - this is good if coupled with MediaTek latest MT6572 Cortex-A7 dual core chipset.

3G triple SIM technology key feature is its high level of stability which prevents the occurrence of dropped or poor-quality calls. It also enables end user to directly adjust or turn off the multi SIM function if desired.

I hope LG Optimus L4 II Triple SIM ( LG L4 II single SIM is already here) will also be available in the Philippines for the coming months. I'm also optimistic that our local mobile brand MyPhone, Cherry Mobile, StarMobile, Torque and DTC will integrate 3G triple SIM on their Android phone line up soon.
