PAGASA sighted the 12th typhoon to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) for 2013 at 110 km Southeast of Casiguran, Aurora as of 10pm August 11, 2013. Typhoon TY "LABUYO" was previously an LPA a few days ago.
Meanwhile the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated 65 km Southeast of San Jose, Occidental Mindoro embedded along Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ), it will bring rainshowers and thunderstorms over Southern Luzon, Visayas and Northern Mindanao. Updates: LPA is outside PAR
If developed into typhoon, it will be called "MARING", the 13th typhoon to enter PAR.

Updates: Typhoon "LABUYO" is already out of PAR as of August 13 ,2013. According to NDRRMC as of 5 am Aug 13, 2103, "LABUYO" left a casualties of 2 dead, 1 missing, 11 injured, 7,100 affected families in 154 barangays from Region 1, 2 ,3, 5 and CAR and ~P58 million worth of damages to properties.
