The next Android version of Operating System (OS) will be named Android KitKat, one of our favorite chocolate bars with crunchy biscuit inside.
Android OS powers 1 billion smartphones and tablets in the world and each Android version is named after a "Dessert" such as Cupcake, Donut, Éclair, Froyo, Gingerbread, Honeycomb, Ice Cream Sandwich and Jelly Bean.
If you will notice, Android OS versions naming follow the "alphabetical order". After KitKat, the next one is "L".
So which local brand Android smartphone and tablet will be first powered by Android KitKat? Would it be MyPhone, StarMobile, Cherry Mobile, Torque, DTC, Cloudfone, SKK Mobile and Arc Mobile? Stay tuned.
