Western Digital (WD) announced the availability of new WD RED line up of SATA hard drives designed for home and office NAS (Network Attached Storage) systems with 1-5 drive bays.
Latest WD RED hard drives are available in 2.5-inch form factor (750GB and 1TB capacities) and 3.5-inch (4 TB capacity). WD RED is powered by NASware 2.0 technology and compatibility tested with Top NAS system manufacturers and optimized for performance and reduced power consumption.
