PAGASA sighted the 19th typhoon to enter Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) at 130 km East Southeast of Baler, Aurora as of 6 pm October 11, 2013.
Residents in low lying and mountainous areas along the track are alerted against possible flashfloods and landslides.Likewise those living in coastal areas under signal #3 and #2 are alerted against storm surges of up to 4 meters.
