Latest Cherry Mobile COSMOS Z2 - powered by octa core CPU, running on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS on Full HD Dragontrail scratch resistant display with  HEVC video codec.

After Novo7 Tech and StarMobile unveiled THL T100 and DIAMOND X1 recently, Cherry Mobile are still on fire this 2014 and still maintaining the momentum (releasing dozens of Android smartphone and tablets at the end of 4th quarter last year) by unveiling COSMOS Z2 - the second octa core powered Android smartphone from local mobile brand in the Philippine market to date.

Below are initial specs and price, will it have a mass appeal to tech savvy Pinoy consumers? I hope MyPhone, SKK Mobile, Cloudfone, Torque, DTC Mobile, O+ USA and BS Mobile will release their first octa core Android phone soon.
