KATA Digital Philippines is having its first "Singing IDOL Contest" open to all male and female Filipinos at least 15 years of age.
Just send your video demo or post the link from Youtube via Kata Digital Facebook until March 15, 2014. Grand prize winner will receive (1) Kata i3 Quad core Smartphone and (2) consolation prizes, Kata Venus 3 Dual core Android phones.
Below are complete mechanics of the said contest.
KATA Digital Singing IDOL Contest Mechanics and Prize
1. Open to all male and female Filipino at least 15 years of age.
2. Send your video demo (minimum of 3 minutes) or post the link from Youtube via Kata Digital Facebook wall until March 15, 2014.
3. Top 3 qualified entries will be selected for pre-screening on March 17, 2014 and will be uploaded on Kata Digital's Facebook to gather likes.
4. Finals will be at Kata event on April 5, 2014 at SM City North EDSA.
5. Criteria for Judging are as follows:
a. Vocal Quality = 20%
b. Stage Presence = 20%
c. Audience Impact = 20%
d. Totality = 20%
e. FB Likes = 20%
6. Grand prize winner will receive (1) Kata i3 and (2) consolation prizes of Kata Venus 3.
