SKK Mobile GRIFFIN, GRIFFIN 2 - Cheapest Quad Core Android Ever!

The Cheapest Quad Core Android Phone for 2014  - SKK Mobile GRIFFIN 2 powered by 1.3 GHz quad core CPU, 512MB RAM, running on Android 4.2 JB OS on 4.0" IPS display with WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS and 3G connectivity.

SKK Mobile unveiled recently on Facebook page two latest Quad core Android phones - the GRIFFIN and GRIFFIN 2 which  is so far the cheapest quad core in my list beating Cherry Mobile FLARE 2.0 (P3,999) and SONIC 2.0 (P3,999), Cloudfone GEO 400Q(P3,999) and StarMobile NAVI (P3,999).

Both GRIFFIN and GRIFFIN 2 have almost the same specs with different design. Below are price and initial specs. Will it have a mass appeal to Pinoy consumers?
