How to Update your MyPhone RIO V1.11/V1.06 via OTA (Over the Air)

MyPhone RIO System Update is now available for versions V1.11 and V1.06

MyPhone finally announced the availability of over the air (OTA) software update for latest MyPhone RIO quad core Android smartphone for version V1.11 that will be upgraded to V1.15.

The system update optimization will fix the following: (1) The Apps can be installed to SD card  (2) Put System Update function in the Main Menu (3) Removed some Apps (PinoyPhone App and others) for V1.15 and (4) Fix the Face beauty function for V1.16 . I hope it will also improved performance issues and lags experienced by some users.

MyPhone will soon announced the updates for gadgets with version V1.06 (Updates, V1.06 to V1.16 is now also available via OTA updates). Below are the procedure.


How to Update your MyPhone RIO via OTA (Over the Air)

1. You should have a strong internet or WiFi connection.
2. Be sure that your battery is fully charged and back up you files.
3. Go to "Settings", choose "About Phone"
4. Check your smartphone Custom Build version at the bottom ex. "S5500_Agua_Rio_20140215_V1.11", then choose "System Updates"
5. Click "Download and Install"
