Latest PAGASA 12th Typhoon "LUIS" Forecast Track as of September 14, 2014  - To Make a Landfall on Northern Luzon

PAGASA sighted the 12th typhoon to enter PAR (Philippine Area of Responsibility) at 347 km East  Southeast of Casiguran, Aurora or 277 km North Northeast of Virac, Catanduanes as of 4am, September 14, 2014.

Typhoon "LUIS" has maintained its strength as it threatens Cagayan-Isabela Area.
