1. Customers who purchased on one of the following in any participating NEO showrooms is entitled to one raffle entry.

2. List of participating NEO showrooms are below:

3. Upon purchased, fill up the warranty card with your name, address, contact number and email address and drop on participating NEO Showroom drop boxes. Promo period from August 17 to September 30, 2012.

4. Schedule of draw is on October 8, 2012 at SM Megamall NEO Showroom. NEO manufacturing and Services Inc. will shoulder the 20% TAX for prizes exceeding P10,000.

5. Winners will be notified through email, registered mail and via phone call. It will also be posted on NEO website and Facebook Fanpage.

6. Present two valid ID's to claim the prize and unclaimed prize within 60 days from receipt of notification shall be forfeited.
