As early as December 2012, Torque announces its latest line up of affordable 1 GHz single core (Sport and Force) and dual-core (Atom, Blast, Motion and Life) powered Android phones for Filipinos.
Recently, Pinoy Phones Facebook allow us to take a look for the first time the price and partial specs of Torque DROIDZ Sport (P2,799), Force (P3,299) and Atom (P4,999). I actually see the flyers in one of Torque's outlet.
It's a little bit higher compared on initial announcement months ago and lets take a look how it will compete with other local mobile brands MyPhone A818 Slim DUO (P3,990), A818 DUO (P3,390) and A848 DUO (P4,590), Cherry Mobile RAVE (P3,299), W100 (P3,499) and W300 (P2,999), StarMobile BRIGHT (P4,999), Cloudfone Thrill 400g / 430g (P4,999/P5,999) and DTC GT5 Astroid Plus (P2,999). All of them are running on 1 GHz processor.
If your Torque fanatic, affordable DROIDZ Sport and Force is a great buy. Both runs on 1 GHz processor on Android 2.3 Gingerbread, a great entry level smartphones for budget conscious Pinoy.

Both have almost similar specs except for screen size and pixel per inch (ppi). 5 minutes hands on for both Android phones impressed me with fluid user interface (UI), solid build and very handy. One of their noticeable differences is thickness (SPORT is more thicker than FORCE).
If you like a handy affordable Android phone, I think Droidz SPORT is better for you. If you have extra budget and you like large screen and better resolution, then pick Droidz FORCE.
