PAGASA sighted the 21st typhoon to enter Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) at 880 km Northeast of Itbayat, Batanes as of 4 pm October 23, 2013.
Typhoon "URDUJA" is not expected to affect any part of the country.
Sea travel is risky over the seaboards of Northern Luzon and the eastern seaboards of Central Luzon and Southern Luzon.
